Maple Trace is a lovely neighborhood of Arts & Crafts homes tucked into the rolling hills of Weaverville. Come home to magnificent views of the sunset, and peaceful forested surroundings.
Prices start at $230,000 for new construction with your choice of floor plans and upgrade options.
The house I visited was about 1,446 square feet, although it felt bigger because of the high ceilings and open floor plan. A sunroom, lovely stone fireplace in the living room, and a generous kitchen island and spacious dining nook create a comfortable and elegant environment. A two-car garage with entry through the laundry room and close to the kitchen make unloading groceries a cinch.
Residents enjoy proximity to Asheville — 10 minutes south — and the quaint old town feel of Weaverville just minutes away.
Convenient to shopping and wonderful restaurants, and an entrance to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway that winds its way through scenic mountains. The community itself does not offer amenities, but a friendly fitness center with a pool is located nearby to fulfill the need.
